The "BGN Ventilation App" offers small and medium-sized businesses, especially those in the catering industry, assistance with proper ventilation. This is particularly important in times of the pandemic, because effective protection against infection always consists of the measures distance, hygiene, mouth-nose mask and ventilation (AHA+L).

After entering the number of people and room size, the app determines the optimal ventilation time for different work situations. In this way, the time until the next shock ventilation can be calculated for catering establishments, sales rooms, offices or smaller production rooms. Existing ventilation systems or room air cleaners can be taken into account in the calculation. Optionally, a timer reminds the user to open the windows. For large production halls, a query as to whether the existing ventilation is sufficient is possible.
