At any age regular physical activity promotes a healthy lifestyle. This small handbook aims to give practical support to the companies to make easier the carrying out of projects which can support workers in the introduction of physical activity in the daily schedule at workplace. Simple exercises, well practicable both in terms of time and space, are proposed and explained ; all these exercises are oriented to the prevention of ailments and diseases often due to sedentary behaviour, such as overweight, musculoskeletal disorders, overload of the metabolism and the cardiovascular system.
