The present guideline for a good work design provides information, help and tips for entrepreneurs, brewing masters and other management personnel.
It is addressed above all to small and medium-sized breweries but is also useful for management personnel in larger breweries.
It is structured according to subjects which breweries have to deal with every day. It describes good practice in breweries.
The guideline has been developed by the breweries’ associations of BGN – always involving the breweries. Target was to set a standard in this branch for good work design and good occupational safety in breweries.
